Belikan creates premium men’s jewelry crafted from 316L

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Domestic U.S.
deliveries take 3–5 business days for standard service and 2–3 days for
expedited service. International deliveries to Mexico and Canada require
accurate address information, phone number, and any required customs
documentation. Customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of
the customer.

Orders may be canceled only before shipment. Once tracking
has been generated or the order has been handed to the carrier, cancellation is
no longer possible. Customers may request a return once the order has been
delivered.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item
is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Items showing signs of wear,
misuse, physical damage, or chemical exposure are not eligible. The customer is
responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived defective.

Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days after the
returned item is inspected. Shipping fees are non‑refundable. Partial refunds
may apply if the item shows damage not covered by warranty.

Belikan provides a 90‑day warranty covering manufacturing
defects such as abnormal plating issues, defective clasps, or structural
defects. Product durability includes water resistance, sweat resistance, and
tarnish‑free performance under normal daily use. The warranty does not cover
damage caused by chemicals, perfume, creams, sanitizer, seawater, pool water,
physical force, or normal wear.

Jewelry may be worn while showering or working out. Avoid
applying perfume or creams directly on the piece, avoid seawater and pools, dry
after heavy sweat or showering, and store in a dry place.

Belikan collects only essential customer data such as name,
email, phone, address, order details, and payment information. Data is
encrypted with SSL and is never sold. Information is shared only with essential
services such as UPS, USPS, and Shopify. Customers may request deletion of
their data by contacting support@belikanjewelry.com.
